Snow... again. And a photoshoot.

Well, I'm back from the photoshoot. It was damn cold. It's right that after days with -15°C a temperature of -2°C seems warm. But not if it is windy. And it was really windy (Lavis hammer wanted to go flying..). In the end I couldn't even feel my feet... And Astas camera decided on not taking photos at this temperature. So we went back with only a few pictures taken. But it was (together with Astas and Thyms shooting without me) enough to make a film out of it.
We spent the night at Astas home. I'm everytime again impressed by how long those two are able to sleep. I was awake for hours when they stopped sleeping...
And it was snowing over night. From when we came back from the shoot till Asta and me driving to the stable there have been about 12cm of snow falling. At my home we now have somewhere between 20cm and 25cm of snow total. School's cancelled for tomorrow. It was the first thing that was told me when I came home, and the first thng that was told me when Asta came online. And yes, it's nice for them they have a day free, but I'll have to go to work.
So now I'm going to sleep while my laptop still receiving the photos. Let's see when I'll wake up to shut it down...

Work, worms, other things...

Three days of work and I don't feel like doing it any more XD" I'm tired, I'm ill, I'm bored... But well, working makes money...

Yesterday I found a funny article in someones blog, http://kipet.wordpress.com/2009/03/15/ein-kleiner-trip-in-die-natur/. I'll edit here later for what the article says, after I forced Thym to translate it.

About the LBM, most things are clear now. Even though two persons I wanted to come with us haven't gotten permission by their parents q.q

And about Kikyo, I'll have to remove the collar tomorrow. Hope on buying the needed fabric on friday.. So if the Collar is fixed, that part of the Cos is done (I won't make a juban before Chisaii, I'll simply buy a white t-shirt...). The new wig is ordered, payed, and has been send today, so it should arrive tomorow or on friday. And again, the big problem left is the hakama. Don't know what to do about it... But well, I'll think about it tomorrow.

Why are holidays already over?

And again I forgot to take photos... And tomorrow work starts again, so I'll go to work when it's still dark outside, and come back when it's dark again... so I can only hope Snow stays another week. Or I don't have to go to work because of snow (utopian thoughts XD"). I really hope snow stays. Cause I love it *__* I took the dog for a walk today. It was funny, he's searching in and unter the snow for the food I'm throwing in there XD And I threw snowballs on him. He tries to catch them XD We were both wet after this (And while walking the snow got into my trousers, that was cold x.x).
Ansta and Thym came up with the idea of a cosplay photoshoot in the snow. Well, nice idea and I'd love to have good pictures. But they told me today that they want to do it tomorrow. As said before, when I start workind it's still dark, when I'm done with work it's going to be dark again, so no chance for taking photos... Another reason for hoping the snow will stay the week.

At least I don't have to go to work by bike, my mom has the car and will bring me. But I don't want to get up this early, I really need my sleep... And my friends still have a few days of holiday...

Proof of me being stupid

I. am. so. stupid -.-

First I did something wrong with the collar of Kikyos kimono. I'm to stupid to sew, so now I'll have to remove it completely and do it again. I hope I'll manage buying fabric next week. Then I'll finish the Kimono before Chisaii.

Second thing why I'm stupid is that I missed doing pictures of a very very nice landscape. Brought my sister to a friend and didn't take a camera with me. But I know there is such a nice landscape and I could have foreseen I would want to take pictures when it's snowy - and then I forget the camera q.q

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to everyone!

I spent my New Years Eve at Sheenas home, together with her, Blake and Knödel (and the drunk adults downstairs..). We had kinda party till midnight, and then we went outside for the fireworks. Guys, if the firework won't stand, look if it's the right way up - Blake accidentially started one of the fireworks kind of into the ground - it started to fire onto us. After the fireworks we got back inside cause we were freezing - it was after one o'clock. Then we watched "Spiderman 3" and a movie in TV, till Blake had to go at 4:45a.m. (poor boy had to work this morning). After that, another movie, "Panic Room", till round 7a.m. (Sheena slept after Blake was gone). I could only sleep till short before nine, Knödel snores worse than Thym -.-

And I got a few sms with New Years greetings. I think, most funny one was from someone from the game nights. He must've been totally drunk when he wrote it (and it was only round 10p.m.). For those who speak german, he wrote "Guten rusc in neue ja".

The sewing session with Yuki on Wednesday wasn't successful, she didn't want to do anything and grouched it's ardous. Well, in seven hours she managed to cut out three of six parts. And we didn't even had to do a pattern.

But at least I attached the collar onto the Kimono, so I think I'll be done with it tonight. And I ordered a new wig, fro a german seller, so I hope it'll arrive next week. So the only remaining Problem is the one with the Hakama...
